Why this practice
What working with Pendara Group actually looks like.
We are not the right fit for every leader. But for those who value discretion, depth, and a considered outside view, there are some things we offer that most consulting relationships do not.

Six things that distinguish our work
Unhurried presence
We work with a small number of leaders at any one time. This is not a matter of capacity — it is a matter of attention. You will not be a file on a pile.
No institutional agenda
We have no shareholders, no service lines to cross-sell, and no interest in growing your account. We have only an interest in being useful to the leader in front of us.
Written counsel available
Not all leaders think best in conversation. For those who prefer to write, the Reflective Letter format provides a considered exchange that requires no meeting whatsoever.
Transparent, fixed pricing
Our fees are stated plainly on our solutions page. There is no negotiation, no add-on pricing, and no retainer trap. You know exactly what you are considering before you reach out.
Team-level as well as individual
Leadership rarely fails alone. When a senior team has drifted, we offer a careful intervention — not transformation, but the restoration of working conversation.
Locally grounded
We work in Malaysia and understand the particular pressures facing senior leaders in the Klang Valley and across Selangor's corporate landscape — without importing a framework designed elsewhere.
Expertise
The weight of practical experience
The practitioners at Pendara Group have spent time in senior executive roles, strategy consulting, and organisational psychology — before choosing to work in this quieter way. We are not theorists. We know the pressures of the seat you are in.
- ◆Combined senior leadership experience across banking, professional services, and corporate Malaysia
- ◆Depth in facilitation, organisational psychology, and written communication
- ◆Practitioners who have navigated the decisions they help leaders think through
Process
Simplicity, not methodology
We do not use assessments, 360 tools, or pre-built frameworks. Our process is simple: we listen, we reflect, we respond honestly. The absence of a method is, in fact, our method.
- ◆Initial conversation at no charge to assess fit
- ◆Sessions shaped entirely by the leader's own agenda
- ◆No homework, no assessments, no formal reporting structure
Service
Reliability without noise
We return written work within the stated timeframe, show up to sessions prepared, and respond to correspondence within two business days. We do not send newsletters, follow-up campaigns, or event invitations.
- ◆Reflective Letter delivered within ten business days
- ◆Correspondence acknowledged within two business days
- ◆No unsolicited communication between engagements
Value
Pricing that respects the relationship
Our fees are structured to reflect the nature of the work — not the seniority of the client, not the size of the organisation. A Reflective Letter costs the same whether you lead a ten-person firm or a publicly listed group.
- ◆Leadership Companionship from RM 3,000 per engagement
- ◆Team Conversation from RM 1,750 per intervention
- ◆Reflective Letter from RM 950 per exchange

What makes this different
Three things you will not find elsewhere
The Reflective Letter
A written engagement for leaders who want an honest, considered outside response to a specific question — without any meeting, without any ongoing commitment. You write; we reply within ten business days. This format does not exist in most advisory relationships.
The caseload limit
We deliberately restrict the number of active engagements. This means you will sometimes wait. It also means that when we work with you, we are genuinely present — not dividing attention across a roster designed for revenue rather than attention.
The initial conversation
Before any engagement begins, we offer an unhurried initial call or meeting — at no charge. This is not a sales conversation. It is an honest look at whether we are the right fit for the passage you are navigating. Many leaders find it useful even if they go no further.
