Team Conversation

A measured intervention for a senior team that has lost some of its rhythm. We listen to each member individually, then convene a facilitated half-day. The aim is not transformation — it is the re-establishment of useful working conversation.

Reflective Letter

Reflective Letter

A single written exchange. A leader sends us a letter describing a particular question of practice, and we reply within ten business days with a considered response of around fifteen hundred words — without any further commitment required.

Things leaders often ask

What sort of leader is this for?
Managing directors, senior partners, chief executives, and others who carry significant responsibility and who want quiet space to think — rather than coaching in any structured sense. We also work with senior leaders just moving into a new role.
How does the first conversation happen?
We begin with an initial call or meeting — at no charge — to understand the passage the leader is navigating and to see whether we are the right fit. There is no obligation from that conversation.
Is the work done in person or remotely?
Both. Leadership Companionship sessions are held in person where geography allows — our base is in Shah Alam — and by video where not. The Reflective Letter is entirely written. Team Conversation usually includes an in-person half-day.
How are the fees structured?
Leadership Companionship is RM 3,000 for the full six-month engagement. Team Conversation is RM 1,750 per engagement. The Reflective Letter is RM 950 for a single exchange. Payment terms can be discussed on enquiry.
What about confidentiality?
Everything discussed is held in strict confidence. We do not take notes unless the leader specifically requests it, and we share no information with any third party — including the leader's organisation — under any circumstances.
How is this different from executive coaching?
We are not coaching in the conventional sense. We do not use assessment tools, set goals between sessions, or work through a pre-designed programme. We simply sit with the leader and think alongside them — as an honest and considered outside voice.
